A very crunchy Turkish street bagel (simit) with sesame which goes very well in the morning with tea and a piece of spreadable wedge. Street bagel’s dough is harder than the other ones. It is dipped in dense grape molasses and covered with sesame in accordance with its technique, and cooked in a wood fire in a stone oven. It is dark in colour and crunchy as well. You will enjoy this unforgettable taste!
