Hatice Teyze Juniper Berry Extract is obtained from trees grown in the high altitude regions of the Mediterranean. The taste and quality of the sap and molasses obtained from the trees grown in the natural environment of the Mediterranean, as far away from pollution as possible at high altitudes, are therefore different from their Turkish grocery counterparts. The sap and molasses produced from the cones of the Andiz tree, which grow in regions with high altitudes, are called Juniper Berry Extract or Molasses. Andiz molasses, which is especially known as the Mediterranean Region molasses, has hundreds of benefits, especially with its iron richness.

Juniper berry extract is obtained directly from the spruce tree and is a natural food with a rich content. Juniper berry extract / molasses are made from immature Andiz tree cones. After the cones are collected, they are kept for at least 2 days. During this waiting period, the bark parts of the cones dry up. The waiting time varies depending on the Turkish grocery drying process. After making sure that they are completely dry, the cones are broken with incisions and thrown into the water. It is kept in water for 5 days. Afterwards, the water is filtered and the resulting water is boiled. The boiling process takes a long time at low temperature. Essence is obtained when 2/3 of the remaining amount becomes concentrated. At this stage, it is stirred continuously so that the bottom does not stick.
