It is prepared with traditional methods and meticulously with the olives grown in Balikesir Edremit village (Turkey). We bring not only taste but also quality and hygiene to your tables. You can safely consume it with your family. It can be consumed directly in breakfast, meals, salads, sauces, baked goods, pizza and sandwiches.

After the olives, which are carefully collected from our gardens, are thoroughly washed, the drawing process is started. It is usually drawn in 3-4 places, but not deep. In order to remove the bitterness in the scratched olives, they are put in brine with clean water in the Turkish market. By changing the water every day, bitterness in the grain is reduced. Olives, whose bitterness is removed, are left for natural fermentation.

Scratched green olives that have completed their fermentation are taken into packaging containers and their own brine juice, lemon juice and some olive oil are added to it. Turkish market lemon and natural olive oil added to the brine provide olives with a special taste and smell.
