Ingredients: Termized cow’s milk, table salt, cheese culture, rennet. The milk fat ratio in the dry matter is at least 45%. It is matured for at least 90 days from the date of manufacture. It’s made from raw milk.

It matures for at least 3 months and attains its special London Turkish market aroma and structure. Sütaş Mihaliç Cheese should be stored in the refrigerator (+4°C) without opening its package until the expiry date. It is recommended to be consumed within 4-5 days after opening.
