We go to the markets and carefully select the fruit in baskets for you, and we make Turkish grocery jam, fruit juice and molasses with 100% fruit ratio, using our grandmothers’ methods, without using any artificial substances. We think it’s delicious because; the fruits of the Black Sea forests are very juicy and tasty. Even when no colorants, flavours or synthetic substances are used, there is nothing to suppress that flavour, resulting in flavour and odour.
