Our village aunts, uncles and grandchildren collect the fruits together in bags from the Bartın, Amasra and Ulus forests of Paphlagonia Region in Turkey. We go to the markets and carefully select the fruit in baskets for you, and we make jam, fruit juice and molasses with 100% fruit ratio, using our grandmothers’ methods, without using any artificial substances.
Home-style cherry jam that we produce from certified natural foods; it does not contain sugar, glucose and additives. We sweeten it with organic London Turkish market apple juice concentrate, which we use instead of sugar, to obtain a wonderful taste.
