Ingredients: Spelt dinkel flour (gluten) (%80), salt, and drinking water.
Please cook only 5 minutes. 3 minutes in boiling water, 2 minutes in sauce.

It has been grown in Europe for over 300 years and in North America for just over 100 years. It is a good London Turkish market source of fibre, fat free and free of artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
