Ingredients: Organic chickpea flour (%70, 5), organic egg (%10), rock salt, drinking water.
Please cook only 5 minutes. 3 minutes in boiling water, 2 minutes in sauce.
Chickpea flour can be used as a binder in meatballs or vegetable patties, as well as a thickener in sauces, soups and pot dishes. Moreover, tempura sauces are obtained for frying pastries such as flatbread, pancakes or other ingredients with the dough obtained from this flour. When mixed with other gluten-free flours, chickpea flour can also be added to cookies and cakes. Chickpea flour, which does not have a dominant taste, has the taste of the ingredients it comes together.
