The air-dried Turkish beef bacon which is called pastirma is produced with a thousand year old mastery. The ultimate spicy Turkish bacon is an essential for the epic Turkish breakfasts! The beef is cured for up to 13 weeks. The coating used is delicious (cemen and/or fenugreek), which gives the beef bacon its unbelievably special flavour. Try to add in some when you cook beans, you will not regret!
